Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Art from Rosemont College and incorporates some of her artistic skills into Vision Board Workshops and Creative Energy Flow Meditation sessions. She believes the health benefits of creativity bring about an increase in positive emotions and a decrease in stress and anxiety.
Karen has been an adjunct faculty member of Bucks County Community College since 2010 where she teaches Yoga, Wellness and Stress Reduction. She also teaches regular classes at several local studios.
She is certified through Yoga Alliance and completed her Teacher Training at the Prancing Peacock Yoga Studio in 2008. Karen’s classes emphasize a gentle, fun-loving spirit with instruction on how to increase balance, energy, flexibility and happiness for students of all ages.
She practices Mindfulness Meditation and hopes to inspire others to find the powerful connection of mind, body and spirit that continues to enrich her own personal journey.
Karen is also a Certified Reiki Level II Practitioner
