Remi Freeman, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Remi earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College in 1999 and has been in private practice for the last 16 years.
Remi also strongly believes that change occurs through a strong therapeutic relationship and developing rapport and trust is her first priority. Remi tailors her approach to each client but the foundation of each approach always tends to be strength-based and client-centered. Whether it’s children, adolescents or adults, everyone faces challenging times. Remi incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Anger and Stress Management, Scripting and Roleplay, Play Therapy and Behavioral Modification into sessions in order to work on a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, adjustment disorders, difficult relationships, low self-esteem and major life changes.
Remi has learned that individuals cope with stressors in numerous ways. Her goal is to help clients develop coping strategies to successfully work through any challenges they may be facing. She hopes to work with clients to shape their personal therapeutic goals and throughout sessions develop solutions to achieve their desired outcomes.
Remi’s fee is $120 per session.
