Stephanie DeSouza has a Master’s degree in clinical social work from Temple University. She has over 15 years experience working with and supporting children, teens, and their parents. Stephanie is well versed in working with school age individuals who struggle with Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, Depression, adolescent grief, peer/parental relationship difficulties, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Stephanie has worked in schools, agencies, and hospitals.

In addition to her work at Newtown Therapy and Wellness, Stephanie is the Director of Counseling Services at The Pennington School, Chair to the Health Department, faculty of sophomore health and a senior psychology seminar elective. She also owns and runs the day camp, AMICA for children and teens with social skills deficits in Bucks County. Stephanie has a passion for helping children and young adults learn and master social skills in natural settings in order to support their ability to interact and successfully engage in healthy relationships.

Areas of special interest include working with parents on a variety of parenting issues, autism related disorders, anxiety, and stress due to life events or changes.

Rate

Stephanie DeSouza’s fee is $120 per session.
