As an experienced MFT (Marriage Family Therapist), Erica will help you bring unconscious patterns to the conscious mind to help break cycles of pain, anxiety, and depression. Erica’s approach focuses on understanding your inner world through Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.
Erica specializes in working with children, teens, and adults with various concerns including ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, family dynamics, and relationship issues. Her particular interest is including neurofeedback as a holistic modality to improve the mind-body connection.
With extensive experience in neurofeedback therapy, this treatment focuses on the brain, while talk therapy heals the mind. This particular treatment modality is an alternative to medication, leaving you feeling calmer, having improved quality of sleep, increased energy levels, and clearer thoughts.
Erica welcomes you to approach your concerns as a whole, and to focus on how your mind-body can begin to work together to improve all aspects of your life. Erica recognizes the importance of trauma in our bodies.
Erica’s fee is $130 per session.
