Fees

Newtown Therapy and Wellness Center is a collective of fee-for-service providers. Rates vary according to therapist.

Typical therapy sessions last 50 minutes for adults and 45 minutes for children and adolescents.

Fees range from $130-$175 per 45/50-minute session.

Intake sessions may be longer and are billed at a higher rate. Check with your provider for details about their fees.

Policies

All therapists who practice at Newtown Therapy and Wellness Center use the same general forms and operate with the same policies and procedures.

Your therapist may ask you to complete extra forms based on your needs and their approach.

Clients can pay by check, cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex) at the time of the session. HSA cards are also accepted.

Providers at Newtown Therapy and Wellness Center do not accept health insurance directly. Clients may contact their insurance company to determine if they can be reimbursed for sessions with an out-of-network provider.

Twenty-four hours notice is required for cancellations. Failed appointments or same-day cancellations are billed at the regular rate.
