These lessons are a perfect way to individualize your yoga practice. You can work through an injury, learn proper structure, achieve advanced poses, practice mindfulness and meditation, or simply create a customized yoga routine that is perfect for you. Lessons are also great for beginners who want to learn yoga basics and feel more confident attending group classes. Private lessons can be one time or on an on-going basis. These one-on-one sessions with our experienced instructors are a perfect way for students of all levels to fine-tune their yoga practice. Semi-Private Classes can be arranged with your instructor, as well.

Yoga Therapy is an approach to healing and wellness that uses the principles and practices of yoga to address specific health challenges and promote overall well-being. When administered by a Certified Yoga Therapist, Yoga Therapy is often used as a complementary approach alongside conventional treatments and therapies.
