Private & Semi-Private Yoga

These lessons are a perfect way to individualize your yoga practice. You can work through an injury, learn proper structure, achieve advanced poses, practice mindfulness and meditation, or simply create a customized yoga routine that is perfect for you. Lessons are also great for beginners who want to learn yoga basics and feel more confident attending group classes. Private lessons can be one time or on an on-going basis. These one-on-one sessions with our experienced instructors are a perfect way for students of all levels to fine-tune their yoga practice. Semi-Private Classes can be arranged with your instructor, as well.

Our studio is ADA accessible, and we are a safe space for all bodies and genders. Modifications are available and attainable for all ability statuses.

Mindfulness & Meditation Training

Many of our wellness providers specialize and lead instruction in mindfulness meditation. Private and small group sessions are available both in our studio space, on-site at your office or school, as well as virtually. Mindfulness practices have been associated with benefits such as reduced stress and anxiety, increased focus, greater emotional regulation, deepened self-insight, increased self-control and enhanced mental clarity.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is an approach to healing and wellness that uses the principles and practices of yoga to address specific health challenges and promote overall well-being. When administered by a Certified Yoga Therapist, Yoga Therapy is often used as a complementary approach alongside conventional treatments and therapies. In this way, it can be integrated into the overall healthcare plan to enhance the effectiveness of traditional interventions. Yoga Therapy is provided by our Certified Yoga Therapist, Renée Laevsky.

Community Wellness

Many of our wellness offerings are available in the community at your office, school, or organization. Our practitioners are available for in person or virtual speaking engagements on a variety of mental health and wellness issues, guest writing opportunities, and full or part-day wellness workshops. More in-depth and ongoing wellness programming is also available for your school or business. These offerings are an excellent way to help cultivate a healthy physical-mental-emotional balance for your employees, students, staff or partners.
