Alyssa works with kids, teens, and young adults who are trying to make sense of their emotions, build better coping skills, and learn how to manage life’s challenges. She knows that no two people are the same — and therapy shouldn’t be, either. Her approach is all about finding what works best for you, not fitting you into a box. She brings warmth, realness, and empathy to every session, helping clients build emotional strength and confidence in their own way.

With a deep passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, Alyssa has years of hands-on experience supporting those with autism and ADHD. Her journey began as a teen volunteering with the Special Olympics and continued through her time at the Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support, where she helped clients grow and thrive through personalized, compassionate care. She believes every person deserves respect, autonomy, and the tools to feel more in control of their world.

Alyssa holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Autism Behavioral Studies from Saint Joseph’s University. She’s trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Above all, Alyssa believes therapy works best when it’s a true partnership- where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
