Elena Goldblum specializes in supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety and depression, offering effective coping strategies to help manage these challenges. Together, we focus on building resilience and overcoming obstacles by applying the skills learned throughout our work together. We can focus on creating healthier boundaries, achieving a better work-life balance, overcoming parenting challenges, and fostering a more integrated approach to wellness and mental health. Elena is comfortable working with children/teens, young adults, parents, or adults navigating stress, parenting, relationships, anxiety, etc. can make a big difference. She is open to all ages of people who are seeking to better themselves and their mental health! 

Elena has a true passion and love for helping others. She looks forward to joining you in your mental health journey. Elena personalizes each client’s treatment plan and integrates different types of therapy to best fit your needs. Her approach to therapy begins with creating a safe and nonjudgmental space to work on identifying strengths and challenges. She will help you work to decrease unwanted behaviors/feelings and increase desired ones. Elena has over nine years of experience working as a school counselor. She provides a therapeutic approach to cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), client-centered, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and yoga therapy/mindfulness. Trust and openness is essential for growth and change!

Elena earned her Masters in Counseling from Marshall University in West Virginia. She holds a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Penn State University, State College Pennsylvania. She also is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and teaches yoga in Ewing, New Jersey. She currently works full-time as a school counselor supporting students with special needs through the Bucks County Intermediate Unit. At your request, she also owns an emotional support animal, a black lab named Benjamin who helps with calming, relaxing, lowering anxiety, and increasing pleasure. Per your request, Benjamin would love to accompany us in a therapy session. He is truly a lover if you are simply a dog lover! 

Rate

Elena’s fee is $140 per session.
