Stephani is a master’s-level psychotherapist and a registered Dance/Movement Therapist. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Dance/Movement Therapy from Rider University. She completed the majority of her clinical training at Princeton House Behavioral Health in Princeton, New Jersey, gaining experience working with adults, adolescents, and children across inpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. For the past three years, she has worked in private practice, where she continues to help clients across the lifespan.

Stephani specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults. As a parent herself, she offers valuable support to parents navigating parenting challenges, relationship dynamics, and balancing career and family life. Her areas of expertise include anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders, relationship difficulties, gender identity and sexual orientation development, couples therapy, and substance use concerns—including supporting those affected by a loved one’s substance use. She frequently incorporates body-based practices and mindfulness into her work, emphasizing the use of creative arts and movement as powerful tools for expression, regulation, and healing.

Her person-centered approach is flexible and responsive to each client’s unique needs and experiences. Stephani is trained in Dance/Movement Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and group therapy.
