Zehavit is a Master’s level therapist and holds her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She has a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and specializes in working with children, teens, and adults with various concerns such as anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, grief, trauma, childhood disorders, and parent management training.
Zehavit is especially passionate about supporting both teens and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. She works with teens facing academic pressure, social struggles, identity development, and emotional regulation, as well as adults managing stress, parenting, relationship concerns, life transitions, and anxiety. Her approach is warm and collaborative, while also practical and goal-oriented. Zehavit helps clients build effective coping strategies, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop solutions that lead to meaningful, lasting change. She works to strengthen each client’s sense of clarity, confidence, and direction, helping them move forward with greater ease and resilience.
Zehavit believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful work. She prioritizes genuine rapport, open communication, and emotional safety, creating space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing process.
She is also conversational in Russian and Hebrew and recognizes the significance that culture and background can play in one’s mental health journey.
