Leena Saini, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Masters Level Psychotherapist in Newtown, Pennsylvania. She earned her Masters of Social Work at Fordham University. Leena previously practiced law and holds her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University. She enjoys working with adults and young adults and is particularly skilled at helping with life transitions, grief and loss.

We all go through challenging times in life, whether dealing with trauma, life changes, grief, and/or the stresses of everyday life. These periods can leave us overwhelmed, anxious, depressed and deeply affect our sense of well-being. Leena’s goal is to help people feel less alone during these times, and to serve as a strong therapeutic partner in the healing process. She believes that creating a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to express themselves freely is one of the key elements to having a successful therapeutic outcome.

Leena utilizes evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness techniques and other modalities. She believes that each client’s situation is unique and tailors treatment to each individual accordingly.

Rate

Leena’s fee is $150 per session.
